Donna Dickson

Donna Dickson is the Executive Director of Mpact Operations and the Group Company Secretary of Mpact Ltd, roles they have held since 2020. As a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a member of the Association of MBA's, they possess a distinguished background in governance, legal compliance, and corporate strategy. Previously, Donna held senior positions at various organizations, including Clinix Health Group and ADvTECH Group, and gained significant expertise in corporate governance and compliance management. Donna earned an MBA with distinction in Corporate Governance from GIBS Business School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of South Africa.
