Mpact Limited is engaged in paper and plastics packaging businesses in Southern Africa. The Company also offers recovered paper and plastics collection, corrugated packaging, recycled-based cartonboard and containerboard, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) preforms, styrene trays and plastic jumbo bins. Its segments include Paper, Plastics and Corporate. The paper division manufactures recycled-based packaging and industrial paper grades such as containerboard and cartonboard. In addition, it sells Baywhite, a white top kraftliner for which it has distribution rights in South Africa and sub- Saharan Africa. The paper division comprises three mills, Felixton, Piet Retief and Springs. It is a producer of rigid plastic packaging in southern Africa. The plastics business manufactures plastic packaging products for the food, beverage, personal care, homecare, pharmaceutical, agricultural and retail markets. It operates Mpact Plastics Innovation and Design Centre.
