Douglas Dewey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Mpathic since April 2021, Douglas focuses on go-to-market strategy and advocates for transforming contact centers into valuable assets for branding and customer loyalty. Douglas also serves as General Manager at Virtual Service Operations, specializing in hybrid cloud technologies. Previous positions include Principal at DeweySearch, President of the Wethersfield Institute for Catholic Thought, Executive Director of the Wethersfield Foundation, Managing Director at Evercore Wealth Management, and CEO at Murphy Healthcare Group.
