Monique Gibson

Monique Gibson is an experienced professional in agile delivery and business development, currently serving as the Head of Agile Delivery and Lead Scrum Master at MPB since November 2023. With a long-standing role as an Independent Business Owner at iLoveAfrica since February 2003, Monique combines a passion for travel with exceptional customer service skills, leading to strong client relationships and repeat business. Previous experience includes roles as a Scrum Master at Kore Labs Ltd and Yoyo, where Monique contributed to delivering innovative solutions, and held senior management positions at Incline (Pty) LTD, focusing on strategic accounts and new business development. Monique's early career involved marketing and sales coordination at Sérénité SA and Cape Grace, complemented by a Professional Scrum Master certification from agile 42 and a postgraduate degree in business from the University of Cape Town.
