Neil Haffenden is an experienced professional in software development, project management, and team leadership, currently serving as Platform Delivery Manager at MPB since January 2022. Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring platform stability and observability according to Site Reliability Engineering principles. Previously, Neil held roles such as Engineering Manager at MPB, Software Development Manager, and Technical Project Manager at Detego Digital Forensics, where Neil implemented agile processes and managed software releases. Throughout a career that began with founding The E-Commerce Workroom, providing web strategy and e-commerce solutions, Neil has also worked in business development and recruitment, demonstrating a diverse skill set across various sectors. Neil holds a 2:1 degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester.
