James Dowling is an experienced Construction Management professional with a strong background in the construction and oil & energy industries. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at MPB STRUCTURES since May 2018, James exhibits expertise in project and construction management, particularly in airports, high-rise buildings, heavy civils, and contract management.
