Johan Shane

Johan Shane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Director and Head of Infrastructure at MPCH since January 2025. Previously, Johan held various leadership positions at Lumen Technologies from January 2016 to December 2023, including Sr. Director of Engineering, where initiatives such as the Lumen Edge Cloud program and advanced NFV infrastructure were developed, generating substantial recurring revenue. Johan's career also includes roles at Active Broadband Networks, HeyWire (a Salesforce Company), and Comverse, marked by successful implementations and innovative product launches. Johan holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Radboud University and an M.Sc. in Physics from Leiden University.
