Matthew Carpenter

Matthew Carpenter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), and support. Currently serving as the Head of Department for DevOps, QA & Support at Technicolor Group since February 2019, Matthew has established a global team that enhances processes, tools, and infrastructure for developers, as well as built a scalable Jenkins infrastructure. As the Head of Department for DevOps, QA & Support at MPC since January 2018, Matthew has successfully revamped the global frontline support team and implemented formal QA methodologies, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, in roles at Autodesk from 2008 to 2018, Matthew managed QA initiatives for various products and expanded testing activities across multiple platforms. Early career experience at Avid Technology focused on technical QA for flagship products. Matthew holds an educational background from Seneca Polytechnic, where studies were completed between 1997 and 1999.
