Michael Parrett

Michael Parrett is an accomplished board member and ESOP consultant, currently serving as the External Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Electric Plus since 2025. With extensive experience, Parrett has held various board roles across multiple organizations, including American Wholesale Furniture, MPD, Inc., KLJ, Cameron Manufacturing & Design, and MANAR INC. Previously, Parrett served as Chief Financial Officer at Fusion Alliance and Senior Vice President of Finance at Herff Jones from 1984 to 2013, significantly increasing the organization's revenues during their tenure. Parrett holds multiple degrees from the University of Indianapolis and is recognized as a Hoosier Fellow at the Indiana University - Tobias Center for Leadership.
