Robert Poe has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a CFO/VP Finance/Treasurer/Secretary at MPD, Inc. since January 2019. Robert is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, Robert served as the Proprietor and Managing Director of Poe Endeavors LLC, DBA Poe's Pet Depot, starting in August 2012 and ending in February 2022. As the owner and managing director, they successfully operated the only franchised Pet Depot in the Kentucky area, offering a range of services including pet food, grooming, and day care.

Before their venture into entrepreneurship, Robert held various positions at Grindmaster Corporation. From August 1986 to July 2012, they served as the CFO, managing the financial aspects of the company. Additionally, they briefly served as the President of Grindmaster Corporation from August 2006 to September 2009. Following this, they joined Grindmaster-Cecilware as the COO from September 2009 to November 2010.

Robert Poe attended the University of Kentucky from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In July 2016, they obtained a certification called "imala" from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
