Ensuring exceptional transparency in direct investments and private equity.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ADVISORY

We provide professional experience of alternative, asset backed and direct investments in private and non-listed companies. Such experience is mostly at the benefit of investors as institutional and private, family offices, corporations and NGOs.
Our added value lies in transparency, in risk understanding, in portfolio company supervision and in transferring these understandings to investing partners. Having the possibility to monitor & interact with portfolio companies is unprecedented for investors.
Our philosophy is focusing on growth and values companies with distinctive competitive advantage, capable to deliver long-term performance for all stake holders.
We believe that the best candidates to run the company are the existing managers and that we can just boost performance by leveraging their financial resources and providing intangible assets in form of know-how, network and advisory support.
When required, we take an even more active role by designating our most appropriate team member that will be in close contact with the portfolio company management.

1.Investment Budgeting (Analysis, Capital Budgeting, Investment and Project Valuation);
