Ivan Gotovac

Ivan Gotovac has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Ivan started their career as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank in 1996. Ivan then joined NIVA d.d. as a Project Manager in 1997, where they contributed to the evaluation and implementation of ongoing projects. In 1998, Ivan joined CA IB d.d. as an Equity Analyst & Macroeconomist, responsible for macroeconomic and equity research publications. Ivan later moved to the Corporate Finance Team at CA IB d.d. and worked as a Corporate Finance Associate from 1999 to 2001, and as an Assistant Director from 2001 to 2004. Ivan was involved in various M&A projects and provided comprehensive advice on investment banking activities. In 2004, Ivan joined the Croatian Privatisation Fund as the Vice-President and Director of Corporate Governance and Sales Department. Ivan was responsible for executing sale processes in over 100 majority state-owned companies. In 2008, Ivan became the Managing Director at Euris Capital Partners, where they took on leadership responsibilities. Most recently, since 2014, Ivan has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MPG SouthEast Europe.

Ivan Gotovac earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business / Political Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1996. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters in Strategy and Corporate Finance at the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu.
