Anthony Eagelton has a diverse background in business development, fundraising, and sports marketing. Anthony started their career at NBC Sports as an Ad Sales and Marketing Intern. Anthony then worked at Starcom MediaVest Group as an Activation Associate, focusing on advertising buying and stewardship for Coca-Cola. Anthony later joined Nelligan Sports Marketing as a Business Development Account Executive, responsible for sales and account management for Princeton University Athletics.

Eagelton then transitioned into fundraising, working at Rutgers University Foundation. Anthony held various roles, including Associate Director of Development, Central Major Gift Fundraising Officer, and Director of Development, Major Gifts Fundraising. Anthony led the negotiation and execution of a $28 million, 20-year naming rights deal between Rutgers University and a Big Ten Conference member. Anthony also secured long-term naming rights partners for Rutgers University's football stadium and arena.
