Danny Silverman serves as the Executive Vice President of Digital Commerce at Market Performance Group, where they lead Amazon, Omnichannel, and Media solutions to drive growth for brands across the ecommerce landscape. With over 20 years of experience in digital commerce, Danny previously built Johnson & Johnson's first dedicated eCommerce team and played a key role in the growth and exit of Clavis Insight. They have also been instrumental in scaling Flywheel Digital's "conflict agency," Spotlight, achieving a tenfold revenue increase. In addition to their corporate roles, Danny co-founded Mandylicious, where they contribute as Chief Taste-Tester, sampling recipes and teaching baking classes. Danny holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
