Haley Wade

Haley Wade is a seasoned professional in eCommerce management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager Ecommerce at Market Performance Group since February 2021, Haley manages offshore teams to align with Walmart's Content Quality Score objectives and has successfully implemented processes that enhanced content quality for over 150 clients. Prior roles include Senior Account Partner at Syndigo, where Haley managed approximately 20 accounts with a high retention rate, and Manager of Customer Success at Content Analytics, which was later acquired by Syndigo. Previous experience also includes key positions at Crayola, Advantage Sales & Marketing/Bayer Healthcare, E.A. Langenfeld/GE Lighting, and roles in customer representation and account management early in the career. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism AD/PR from the University of Arkansas.
