Tara Thomas

Tara Thomas currently holds the position of VP FleXforce and Marketing Management Consultant at Market Performance Group since August 2023. As President of TBT Consulting LLC and Bayard Equine LLC since April 2023, Tara serves as a fractional marketing leader specializing in strategy, innovation, brand, and general management. Previous experience includes roles at Haleon and GSK as Innovation Lead for Wellness Cross Brand Platforms, and multiple senior positions in marketing and brand management at Pfizer and Nestlé Nutrition North America. Tara began a career in environmental engineering with ExxonMobil before transitioning into marketing, carrying an educational background with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
