Matt Schmader

Matt Schmader is a seasoned training consultant and manager with extensive experience in nuclear operations and education. Currently serving as a Training Consultant at MPH since September 2019, Matt specializes in regulatory exam writing. At Exelon Nuclear, both as Outage Planning and Services Training Manager and Training Oversight Manager since September 2015, responsibilities include overseeing training programs. Matt's prior role as a Lead Nuclear Plant Operations Instructor at Southern Company involved supervising exam writers and leading the development of regulatory exams. With a solid background at the Tennessee Valley Authority as Supervisor of Nuclear Operations Training, Matt managed examination programs with notable success rates. Early career experiences with the US Navy, including roles as Officer Programs Officer and Command Training Evaluator, further solidified expertise in training and evaluation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
