Ruth Balogun is a Legal Manager at mPharma, where they drive corporate transactions and cross-border compliance. With extensive experience as legal counsel, Ruth has specialized in legal strategy, business operations, and corporate law, leading complex M&A and financing transactions across Africa. Previously, they served as a Compliance Officer at Piggyvest and ARM Securities Limited, and worked as a Legal Associate at Dele Ayileka & Co. Ruth holds a Barrister and Solicitor degree from the Nigerian Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they are currently pursuing further education.
