Antara Dutta

Antara Dutta is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a robust background in managing training processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Manager at Mphasis since October 2025, Antara previously held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Randstad India from June 2021 to November 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Daffodil Software as a Senior Associate in Learning and Development, and at NIIT Technologies Limited as a Learning and Development Executive, where training need identification and analysis were key responsibilities. Antara's career also encompasses internships at KPMG, Teach For India, and ITC Limited, alongside early exposure to administrative functions at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Antara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Christ University and has furthered education in Diversity Management at the University of Zurich. Currently enrolled in the Emerging Leaders Development Program at IIM Bangalore, Antara continues to enhance expertise in organizational leadership.
