Badrinarayanan R possesses extensive experience in finance and controllership, having served as Senior Vice President Finance at Mphasis from May 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included heading the Controllership function for the Group. Prior roles at Mphasis also encompassed leading controllership activities related to General Ledger, Audit, Revenue Recognition, and compliance. Subsequently, Badrinarayanan held the position of Head of Finance at iBUS from August 2023 to January 2024. Before joining Mphasis, Badrinarayanan was Vice President Finance at Tejas Networks from June 2007 to May 2014, overseeing the Finance and Accounts functions for the company and its subsidiaries in Singapore and Israel. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at TVS MOTOR COMPANY LTD, managing Treasury and Branch accounting from January 2004 to May 2007.
