Cesar Mercado

Cesar Mercado is an Enterprise Architect and Technology Innovation Leader with over 25 years of experience in IT, including more than 18 years focused on enterprise architecture. Notably, they served as Chief Solutions Architect at Wells Fargo, leading a major rewrite of the leasing management system, and held enterprise architecture roles at firms such as Santander Consumer USA Inc. and American Airlines, where they implemented significant process improvements. Currently, they are the AVP of Enterprise Architecture at Mphasis. Mercado earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Engineering.
