Haleem Vaince

Haleem Vaince currently serves as the Head of Product and Engineering at Mphasis.ai, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Haleem was the VP and Head of Platform Engineering and Architecture at Atlas, where leadership was demonstrated in developing an EOR platform compliant with security and GDPR standards for users in over 160 countries. Haleem has extensive experience at Mphasis, covering roles as VP Tribe Leader in Next Gen Digital Platform Engineering, VP Head of Architecture for Cloud & Cognitive, and AVP & Practice Head for Enterprise Architecture, Integration, and BPM. Prior to Mphasis, Haleem held various leadership and management positions at Mindtree Ltd., Wolters Kluwer Health, and Techlogix Inc., focusing on process management, digital automation, and software development. Haleem holds a BCS degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
