Jayant Chauhan

Jayant Chauhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Mphasis since November 2022, Jayant oversees the entire lifecycle of corporate transactions. Jayant has also been an advisor at LEAD School since November 2021 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Upstox from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Jayant was with OYO from August 2015 to December 2021, participating in the global leadership team and managing strategic finance functions, including capital raising and IPO readiness. Jayant's earlier career includes significant positions at BMO Capital Markets and J.P. Morgan in investment banking, as well as leading RF consulting teams at Telnet Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
