Joseph Chacko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure services and global delivery operations. Currently, Joseph serves as Senior Vice President - Infrastructure Services at Mphasis since August 2022 and has held the position of Sr. VP & Head of Global Delivery at Digital Risk since December 2014, leading client delivery operations across eight delivery centers. Previously, Joseph was with Mphasis from 2007 to 2014, overseeing Infrastructure Service Desk and Enterprise BPO Delivery, and earlier held roles at Electronic Data Systems and Tata Infotech Ltd., where responsibilities included operations management and project transitions. Joseph earned a Ph.D. in Education Management from Alagappa University and a B.Com in Accounts from MSU University.
