Leelasri V has a solid background in transaction processing and support, currently serving as a Senior Transaction Processing Associate and Subject Matter Expert at Mphasis since November 2024, following a role as a Transaction Processor and Floor Supporter from August 2023 to April 2025. In these positions, Leelasri has played a key role in assisting team members with complex trade settlement issues, ensuring compliance with IRS and client policies, and enhancing operational accuracy through collaboration with internal teams. Additionally, Leelasri has focused on training new agents and conducting product knowledge tests to bridge knowledge gaps. Leelasri holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bhaktavatsalam Memorial College for Women, completed in 2023.
