Lyla Dlima has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Vice President and Head of BPS, Human Resources for UK & Europe at Mphasis since April 2006. Previously, Lyla held various HR roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Mphasis, HR Advisor at Cardif Pinnacle and Iceland Foods, and HR positions at AXA and Iflex Technology Ltd. Lyla began the career in HR as a Management Trainee at Atco Industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai Educational Trust and ongoing studies for Chartered Fellow status in Human Resources Management from CIPD, expected to be completed in October 2022.
