Mark Hayes

Mark Hayes is currently assisting companies with outsourcing services through consulting, management, and direction. With extensive experience managing the transition and transformation of IT operations, they have held various leadership roles at organizations such as Cognizant, IBM, and MJHayes, Inc., which Mark founded. Previously, Mark served as a Senior Transition Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on internal and client transition activities. They have also contributed to educational initiatives at Tarrant County College in support of staff and students. Mark is currently the Executive Transition Leader at Mphasis, where they work to establish and stabilize IT managed services.
