Nitin Bansode

Nitin Bansode has over 18 years of experience in the software testing and insurance domains, currently serving as a Project Lead at Mphasis since February 2005. With a focus on insurance, Nitin has spent over seven years at Mphasis, including four years as a Module Lead, where responsibilities include leading software testing efforts, process improvement identification, and managing client relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Unit Manager with a Canadian Insurance Company, emphasizing team delivery in the insurance sector. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from PVG College of Engineering and a Higher Secondary Certificate from Sainik School Satara.
