Rohit Gopal

Rohit Gopal has extensive experience in IT incident management, currently serving as a Specialization Infrastructure Engineer at Mphasis, an HP Company, since March 2011. In this role, Rohit focuses on minimizing the impact of critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution of escalated problems, and facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external support providers. Key responsibilities include driving incident management efficiency, producing management reports, and conducting root cause analysis, while also utilizing ITSM tools. Prior to this position, Rohit worked as a Customer Service Associate at Ventura from January 2008 to January 2010. Rohit holds a B.Com degree in Marketing and Advertisement from Symbiosis International University and completed SSC at Vidya Bhavan High School.
