Saby Dsouza

Saby DSouza is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in banking and IT consulting. Currently serving as Vice President in the Banking & Financial Services division at Mphasis, Saby focuses on driving digital and AI/GenAI solutions for the European region and GCCs of US and European banks. Previously, Saby held leadership roles at Virtusa, including Vice President Global Practice Head for Consumer Banking and Vice President BFS for the APAC region, where initiatives encompassed business development, practice building, and consulting services. Saby's extensive background includes significant contributions at Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and various fintech startups, alongside foundational roles at IDBI Bank. Saby earned an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
