Siddhartha L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as VP & Head of Recruitment for the Americas, Europe, and APJ at Mphasis since October 2015. Siddhartha has played a pivotal role in the Global Strategic Resourcing team, driving North America and Europe talent acquisition initiatives.
