Silpa M is currently a Delivery Project Lead at Mphasis and also serves as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where they have worked since 2016. Prior to these roles, Silpa held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at both Tarams Software and Tesco Bank, as well as a Software Engineer at Pantanisoftware India Pvt Ltd.
