Simon Greer is an experienced IBA Operational Manager and Insurance Business Analyst with a strong track record in the London Market, having worked for Marsh UK for 35 years until 2021. In their role as Head of IBA, Simon currently manages the Ardonagh Specialty Insurance portfolio and previously led numerous projects at Marsh, including major system implementations and business transformation initiatives. Simon holds a degree in Economics from Thurstable School.
