Zeeta Joseph

Zeeta Joseph is a Human Resources Analyst at Mphasis since May 2021, following a brief role as a Human Resources Intern at CecureUs from February to April 2021, where video-based training content was developed. Prior experience includes a Project Intern position at Mphasis focused on organizational culture and employee engagement, and multiple internships in human resources at Zealous Services, Inthree Access Services Pvt Ltd, and Tata Consultancy Services, where tasks ranged from talent acquisition to employee engagement research and training content development. Zeeta also has experience in audit services with EY and sales with TalentEase. Academically, Zeeta holds an MA in Human Resources/Organization Development from MSSW and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Stella Maris College.
