Mphepo Power is a renewable energy company incorporated in Zambia for the purpose of developing wind power projects in the country. It has been developing and has established the Unika Wind Project near Katete as the most advanced wind site in Zambia. 
Mphepo Power Limited is a company established by Oswald and Kapata, Buffalo Energy Limited, Western Renewable Power and The Chewa Development Trust  in order to develop and de-risk potential wind power projects in Zambia. This is with a view to helping implement the Government policy for increased renewable energy generation in the country and the Seventh National Development Plan which, among other areas, aims to promote renewable and alternative energy.
