Daniela Muller

Daniela Muller began their work experience in 2016 as a Suporte de Sistema at SCI Sistemas Contábeis, where they provided support for financial management systems. Daniela also worked as an Analista Técnico Financeiro, analyzing requests and providing support for clients. In 2018, they joined Philips as a Finance Intern, assisting with purchasing and accounting processes. Daniela later became a Junior Support Analyst, specializing in the Tasy system and the Supply area. Their responsibilities included working with invoices and the purchasing and fiscal modules. Daniela then took on the role of Analista de Suporte Júnior Global before becoming an Analista Pleno Global. In 2022, they joined mphrX as a Business Support Analyst, focusing on Minerva software user support and quality assurance tasks. Daniela used various platforms, such as Jira and Confluence, for communication and project monitoring.

Daniela Muller completed their Bachelor of Administration degree from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau from 2016 to 2020, with a field of study in Administração de Empresas. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the EF SET English Certificate with a score of 72/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in September 2022. Daniela also earned the Linux Fundamentos certification from FIAP in September 2022. Additionally, Daniela obtained the Fortinet NSE Institute - NSE 1 certification in April 2020, followed by the NSE 2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in the same month and year.
