Harshit Gupta

Harshit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Harshit is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at agilon health, where they lead Agile teams and ensures successful project delivery. Harshit is skilled in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, and has a strong command of Scrum methodologies.

Prior to their current role, Harshit worked at Conduent HR Services as a QA/QC Manager, Scrum Master, and Agility Lead. In this position, they organized and facilitated scrum ceremonies, conducted manual and automation testing, and worked with 18+ clients' web-based applications.

Before that, Harshit served as a Lead Analyst at Wipro Limited, where they gained experience in manual and functional testing. Harshit was responsible for preparing test cases and test plans based on requirements.

Harshit also worked as a Lead System Analyst at Alight Solutions, where they demonstrated a thorough knowledge of testing and the defect life cycle. Harshit also had a basic understanding of the QTP 9.0 automation tool.

Earlier in their career, Harshit held roles at Aon Hewitt, Ricoh India Ltd., and Bharat Gears Limited, where they gained experience in functional system specialist, setup configuration specialist, defect analysis, and solution engineering.

Harshit Gupta completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Amity University, specializing in Database, Networking, Mobile Computing, and OB. Harshit studied at Amity University from 2007 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Harshit obtained the Scrum Master Certified (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2019. Harshit also holds the ISTQB certification from ISEB, obtained in September 2011, and the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BSI Group, obtained in September 2010. In the future, Harshit plans to obtain the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2023.
