As specialist mining industry recruiters and consultants, we’ve been focused on matching the right person to the right mining job for nearly three decades. Our people are all either experienced mining industry technical professionals and managers, recruitment or search experts or human resource specialists. Having been inside the industry ourselves means we’re well placed to provide expert perspectives to both candidates and mining companies.

We have a great range of resources for candidates, including our jobs board and job alerts, career guidance services, and help with resumes, applications and even LinkedIn profiles. We promise to respond to every person, each time they register with us, and keep you up-to-date on how your applications are going. We’ll never leave you wondering!

We understand the needs of the mining industry and we understand business and we focus on finding candidates who will fit the team – and then continue to provide client care beyond the successful placement. We help companies find great permanent and temporary workers, including individuals and whole teams. If you need human resources consulting services, specialist advice, market research services or mining employment market services, we can help there, too. And we promise never to approach someone we place. Whether you’re a candidate or a mining company, we care about you.
