Aaron Phipps

Aaron Phipps is a seasoned professional in the engineering field with significant experience at MPI, Inc. since 2010, where responsibilities include serving as President and Technology Center Manager, contributing to the company's leadership in wax-room equipment and investment casting. Prior to this, Aaron held positions as a Product Engineer at RIT/Carstream Health for a short term, where focus was on designing an optical phantom for molecular imaging calibration. Additionally, Aaron gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op at A.W. Bell in Australia, developing new equipment and improving manufacturing processes, and as an Engineer Co-op at Lonza, where responsibilities included machine redesign and process enhancements. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2009.
