Steven Pechter is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including education, technology, and consumer goods. Currently serving as a Sales Leader at MPLC since November 2025, Steven previously held the position of Enterprise Sales Director at PowerSchool, where leadership of a team of 7 Enterprise Sales Professionals across 14 Southeastern states was a key responsibility. Additional roles include Senior Mid-Market Sales Manager and Account Executive at Serenic Software, focused on financial management solutions for K12 school districts, as well as positions at Jitasa and Frontline Education, enhancing operational efficiency in the non-profit and educational sectors, respectively. Steven also has experience in business development as VP for Key IP Translations and has successfully combined entrepreneurial efforts with a consultancy at Pechter Play, LLC and Fun and Function. Steven holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a BA in Advertising and Psychology from Penn State University.
