They served as a Senior Sales Executive at MetLife and held leadership roles at Cigna Insurance Services and Sun Life Financial, where they achieved notable sales success and transformative outcomes. Ryan has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor of Economics at Oakland Community College for over a decade and currently mentors students at Oakland University. As the founder of Beckett Partner Group and a Board Member at Mployer Advisor, Ryan remains actively engaged in the industry while holding advanced degrees in Economics and Business from the University of Detroit Mercy.
