Austin Nellessen

Austin Nellessen is currently the Chief-of-Staff and Program Manager at M+D, where they develop content for high-profile international conferences and collaborate with key stakeholders. They previously served as President of Georgetown Truth and Human Rights in North Korea, managing a budget for advocacy work on human rights issues. Austin has also interned at the American-Central European Business Association and the Hudson Institute, where they contributed to research and communication efforts. They hold a Bachelor of Science in International History from Georgetown University and have studied Chinese Language and Literature at National Taiwan Normal University. Additionally, Austin writes for European Guanxi, focusing on EU-China relations.
