Celine S. Decarlo

Celine S. DeCarlo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at M+D since February 2023, Celine leads editorial programming concepts and sponsorship opportunities for new business initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Strategy and Impact at Mara Hoffman from June 2015 to April 2023, Celine developed a recognized ESG initiative and successfully restructured the company during the COVID-19 crisis. Celine also held the position of Head of Business Strategy & Operations at maestra from February 2018 to February 2023, where infrastructure was built from the ground up, achieving notable revenue growth. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Business Development Director for Africa at CNN, where Celine fostered significant partnerships and increased sales revenue. Celine began a career in publishing as an Assistant Publicist at HarperCollins Publishers in 2004. Celine holds a BA in Psychology from Vassar College.
