Stuart Gissing

Stuart Gissing is an accomplished real estate executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of MPM Properties since January 2024, specializing in real estate management, consultancy, and advisory services. Prior to this role, Stuart worked as a Managing Director (Consultant) at a confidential firm from August 2023 to January 2024, focusing on real estate development and advisory solutions. From March 2018 to November 2023, Stuart was the General Manager of Al Qana Development, representing a significant waterfront dining and entertainment project in Abu Dhabi. Earlier in the career, Stuart held the position of Regional Director - MENA Head of Retail Development, Leasing, and Property Management at Colliers International from July 2000 to March 2018, where substantial experience in retail development advisory and strategic leasing was gained, managing over 60 million square feet of retail projects. Stuart holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Northampton, completed between 2014 and 2015.
