Satish Roy

Satish Roy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Satish currently serves as the Chief of Customer Experience at mPokket since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Operations at the same company from November 2017 to May 2022. Before joining mPokket, Satish held positions such as Head of Operations at Atcis Technology from April 2013 to November 2017, DGM Operations at Digicall from July 2012 to April 2013, GM Operations at IKF Technologies Ltd. from July 2010 to July 2012, and Manager at Aegis Limited from April 2009 to November 2009 and HDFC Bank from July 2008 to April 2009. Satish also served as an Assistant Manager Operations at Aegis Limited from September 2007 to July 2008. Satish'searly career includes the role of an Assistant Manager at WIPRO BPO from 2002 to 2007. Throughout their career, Satish has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as customer experience, operations management, capacity planning, client relationship management, business development, profit and loss management, and team coordination.

Satish Roy completed their ISCE degree from Don Bosco from 1986 to 1999. Satish then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Calcutta from 1999 to 2002.
