Ashish Agarwal

Ashish Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ashish is currently the Head of Underwriting and Analytics at MPOWER Financing, where they are responsible for formulating company-wide analytics and insights strategy, supporting key performance indicators, and enabling product and operations enhancement initiatives. Prior to this, they held roles of increasing responsibility at MPOWER Financing, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Analytics.

In addition, Ashish is also a Founding Partner at AA Analytics since 2020. Previously, they worked as an Analytics Manager at Housing.com.

Ashish's earlier experience includes roles at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business as a Smith Fellow and a Hisaoka Fellow. Ashish also has experience at the Mahindra Group, where they worked as a Manager in Analytics, implementing analytics and data visualization projects, and as a Product Manager in Business Process & Strategy, leading projects focused on enhancing business processes and systems. Ashish began their career at the Mahindra Group as an Assistant Manager and Management Trainee, where they played a crucial role in the development and rollout of new financial processes and solutions.

Ashish Agarwal has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Ashish holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Analytics and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
