Mallika Narang

Mallika Narang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global payments and servicing, currently serving as Manager at MPOWER Financing since October 2019. In this role, Mallika leads the Servicing & Collections Team, ensuring reliable servicing of student loans and managing the loan portfolio to consistently meet key performance indicators. Previous roles at MPOWER include Associate Manager and Team Lead, focused on leveraging cross-border lending solutions for international students. Prior to MPOWER, Mallika held various positions at Deem Finance, including Project Lead in Risk and Collections Strategy, and began a career at EY as a Summer and Winter Intern in Risk Advisory Services. Mallika holds a Master of Science in Political Economy of Europe from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Miranda House, Delhi University.
