Raman Pruthi

Raman Pruthi has worked in various roles throughout their career. Raman started as a Sales Manager at Bajaj Finserv in January 2015 and worked until June 2016. Raman then became a Subject Matter Expert for the company from July 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for verifying and validating requirements, conducting workshops with clients, and managing employees. From March 2018 to May 2021, they served as a Manager Business Analyst at Bajaj Finserv, where they worked on product categorization, requirement documentation, and creating wireframes and mockups for the system. In June 2021, they joined Electronica Finance Limited as a Senior Manager, and their role ended in July 2023. Currently, Raman Pruthi is working as a Senior Business Analyst at MPOWER Financing, starting in April 2023.

Raman Pruthi completed their PGDM in Marketing from Indira School of Business Studies from 2013 to 2015. Raman has also obtained several additional certifications such as Certification of Competency in Business Analysis Level 2 (CCBA) from TrainSmart Academy, Jira fundamentals from Atlassian, Project management essential certificate from Management & Strategy Institute, Scrum foundation professional certificate from CertiProf, Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from Accenture, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Management & Strategy Institute, and SQL from Sololearn. These certifications were obtained in August and July 2022.
