Ronald Rego

Ronald Rego has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Ronald worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at MPOWER Financing, a fintech company specializing in providing loans to international and DACA students. At The Awakening Foundation, they served as the Director of Finance, overseeing the finances of an NGO focused on education and child rights. Ronald also worked as a Financial Analyst at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they supported the Financial Director with data analysis and reporting. In addition, they held roles as a Workflow Analyst at Amazon, a Business Development Coordinator at MIS Technologies, an Idex Fellow at the IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterprise, and as Vice President at AIESEC, where they managed team members and facilitated training seminars.

Ronald Rego earned a Master's Degree in Finance, General from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they pursued from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Ronald Rego obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in February 2019.
