Terence Chu

Terence Chu has extensive legal experience, with their most recent position being General Counsel at MPOWER Financing since December 2015. Prior to this, they served as General Counsel at Palaxar Group, LLC from July 2006 to December 2015. Before that, Terence worked at Capital One Financial Corp. as an Associate General Counsel from August 1999 to July 2006. Terence also had a role as Senior Counsel at Bank of America from August 1997 to July 1999, where they advised on various legal aspects of credit card lending and acquiring activities. Terence began their legal career at First USA Bank as an Associate General Counsel from December 1990 to July 1997.

Terence Chu completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Temple University School of Law from 1984 to 1987. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1977 to 1981.
